Return and Refund Policy
1. No Returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfume and fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
All sales are considered final once the item is delivered and payment is collected.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take utmost care in packaging and dispatching all orders. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

You must inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.

If the item is visibly damaged or incorrect, refuse the parcel and contact us immediately at support@perfumesouq.co.uk

Claims made after the parcel has been accepted will not be considered.
Please note:

Minor packaging damage or cosmetic dents that do not affect the product contents are not considered grounds for refund or replacement.

Fragrance preferences, scent strength, or reactions to smell are not valid reasons for a return.
3. Refunds
As we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds are not applicable.
Once an item is accepted and paid for, the transaction is complete and non-refundable.
In the rare case where a refund is agreed upon (e.g. refused delivery due to visible damage), it will be handled via bank transfer or store credit upon investigation and confirmation by our support team.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us directly at support@perfumesouq.co.uk
Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
