Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Methods
All orders are delivered via trusted third-party courier services. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Deliveries usually take 2–5 working days depending on your location.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.
Occasionally, we may offer free delivery promotions, which will be highlighted on our website and/or social media.
Pay on Delivery
We not operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.
Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver the order (e.g. no one available, incorrect address, refusal to pay), the parcel may be returned to us.
Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
Delivery Inspection
We strongly advise all customers to inspect their parcel before accepting delivery.

Delays

We are not liable for delays outside our control once the parcel is handed to the courier.
